This document sets out the complete terms governing membership and use of services on the jaya9bdt platform. Please read these terms carefully before creating an account or using the platform.
General Provisions
Definitions and Applicability
In this document, "Platform" refers to the jaya9bdt website, mobile application, and other digital services. "Member" refers to any person registered on this platform. "We" or "jaya9bdt" refers to the organisation operating the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and are written in Bengali.
These terms apply to all members and users. By accessing the platform, registering, or using any service, you automatically agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

Membership Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account on the jaya9bdt platform and take part in any casino or betting activity, a member must be at least 21 years of age. jaya9bdt may request relevant documents at any time to verify age. Attempts by minors to open an account are prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each member may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is found, all associated accounts will be suspended or closed and the funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.
2.3 Registration Information
Members must provide accurate and complete information when opening an account. If registration is completed with false or incomplete information, jaya9bdt reserves the right to close that account at any time. Any changes to a member's information must be updated without delay.
Account Security and Responsibility
3.1 Password Protection
It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. If unauthorised access to your account occurs, or you suspect your password has been compromised, contact the jaya9bdt support team immediately. Support is available 24 hours a day via live chat or email.
3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited
No member may sell, transfer, or lend their account, balance, or any benefit to a third party. An account is entirely personal and non-transferable. Violation of this prohibition will result in permanent closure of the account.
3.3 Suspicious Activity
If any attempt is made to gain an advantage through fraud, manipulation, use of automated bots, or any other dishonest means, jaya9bdt may close the account without notice and withhold the associated funds. jaya9bdt's decision in such matters is final.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on the jaya9bdt platform is ৳300. Accepted payment methods for deposits are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). All deposits are processed through secure SSL-encrypted channels. Deposits attempted through third parties are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. A withdrawal generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Withdrawal methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Members may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) before a withdrawal is processed.
4.3 Financial Verification
jaya9bdt is committed to preventing suspicious financial activity. Additional verification may apply to large transactions on an account. If evidence of money laundering or illegal financial activity is found, the account will be suspended immediately.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
The jaya9bdt welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and their total balance will be ৳2,200. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (i.e. ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000).
5.2 Bonus Usage Terms
Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements. Reading the relevant terms before betting with bonus funds is mandatory. Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — winnings earned from a bonus only become withdrawable after the specified wagering has been completed.
5.3 Grounds for Bonus Forfeiture
If a member uses multiple accounts, provides false information, or attempts to manipulate the system in order to claim a bonus, jaya9bdt reserves the right to forfeit the relevant bonus and all winnings derived from it. There is no right of appeal against this decision.
VIP Programme and Cashback Policy
6.1 VIP Tiers
The jaya9bdt VIP programme has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Members move up to higher tiers gradually through regular play. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier.
6.2 Weekly Cashback
Cashback is calculated on the basis of weekly net losses (total losses minus total winnings). Cashback rates by tier: Bronze — up to 0.3%; Silver — up to 0.6%; Gold — up to 0.9%; Platinum — up to 1.2%; Diamond — up to 1.5%.
Example: if a Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback. This illustrates the maximum cashback for that tier.
6.3 Changes to VIP Benefits
jaya9bdt reserves the right to change VIP tier benefits, cashback rates, or the structure of the VIP programme at any time. Members will be given appropriate notice before any change takes effect.
Prohibited Activities
7.1 Prohibited Conduct on the Platform
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Creating an account using a false identity or forged documents.
- Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or defraud other members.
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming the same promotion more than once.
- Deliberately identifying and exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or using disrespectful language toward other members.
7.2 Consequences of Violations
If any of the above prohibitions are breached, jaya9bdt may suspend or permanently close the account without prior warning, forfeit the balance and bonuses, and reserves the right to take legal action where applicable.
Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 Use of Personal Information
jaya9bdt uses members' personal information solely for providing services, verifying identity, and meeting legal obligations. Personal information is not sold to third parties or used for unrelated purposes. Responsible Gaming Policy
9.1 Aware and Controlled Play

10.3 Maximum Liability
In any circumstance, jaya9bdt's maximum liability is limited to the amount deposited by the member in that specific transaction. jaya9bdt will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Account Closure and Amendments
11.1 Account Closure at Member's Request
Any member may request to close their account at any time. Once the request is received, jaya9bdt will complete the process as promptly as possible. Before the account is closed, the member will have the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance.
11.2 Account Closure by jaya9bdt
jaya9bdt reserves the right to close any account without notice due to a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or legal requirements. In such cases, jaya9bdt may not be obliged to inform the member of the reason.
11.3 Amendment of Terms
jaya9bdt reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
Support and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Customer Support
The jaya9bdt customer support team is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day, in both Bengali and English. Immediate assistance is available via live chat, and detailed queries can be resolved by email.
12.2 How to Submit a Complaint
If a member believes they have been treated unfairly or that a problem has occurred with a transaction, they should first contact us via live chat. If the issue is not resolved, they may send a formal complaint by email. jaya9bdt reviews every complaint carefully.

Final Provisions
13.1 Applicable Law
These terms will be interpreted and applied in accordance with the prevailing laws of Bangladesh. The jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh will apply to any legal dispute.
13.2 Severability
If any clause of these terms is found to be ineffective or void, all remaining clauses will continue to be fully effective. The ineffective clause will be revised and given effect where possible.
13.3 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the individual terms of each promotion together form the complete agreement between jaya9bdt and the member. Any prior oral or written understandings are replaced by this document.
13.4 Language Priority
These terms and conditions are written in Bengali. If a translated version is available and any inconsistency arises between the Bengali and that version, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.
